Robert Kurzban
June 28, 2021 /PRSearchEngine/ — The Garces Foundation is proud to announce that they have been named as one of four finalists for the 2021 Wawa Foundation Hero Award. Robert Kurzban, current Director of Development and former Grants Coordinator for the Garces Foundation, will represent the team by accepting the award, if they win.
The Wawa Foundation Hero Award is a program designed to show appreciation to local nonprofit organizations and charitable initiatives. The goal of the program is to recognize the incredible accomplishments of the teams who work together to uplift the community. The winner of the competition, decided by vote, will receive $50,000; the other finalists will receive $10,000.
Robert Kurzban has been part of the Garces Foundation for nearly two years. Kurzban currently stands as Director of Development at Garces and deeply values every opportunity to collaborate with the rest of the team. He is incredibly proud to have grown in tandem with the nonprofit; Kurzban initially joined the team as Grants Coordinator.
