CINCINNATI, OH, JULY 12, 2024 /PRSEARCHENGINE/ — Shawn Costello, PGA Master Professional joins Coldstream Country Club in Cincinnati, Ohio as their General Manager/Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Shawn Costello brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in the club industry that will help lead Coldstream into the future. He has served and been an instrumental part of the leadership teams at numerous best of breed clubs throughout the country including Broken Sound Club, BallenIsles Country Club, St. Andrews Country Club, and Kenwood Country Club. He has rooted his abilities in best practices and built operations and teams that he and his clubs have been recognized for with industry awards from BoardRoom Magazine, Club + Resort Business, PGA of America, Association of Golf Merchandisers, and most recently Shawn served as the Director of Golf at Jonathan’s Landing Golf Club leading a complex multi-facility operation to a new historical high ranking of #42 in the Platinum Clubs of America Top 50 Golf Clubs ranking.
Additionally, Shawn Costello has extensive experience serving on boards and chairing committees. He is a recurrent presenter for the PGA of America on leadership and club operations, and is known in the industry for delivering a dynamic member centric experience, developing talent within the club business and helping drive strategic facility growth.
