Through an initiative hosted by Helping a Hero, Patten Properties has been given the opportunity to give back to a veteran and his family. On July 16, 2024, Helping a Hero hosted a groundbreaking ceremony to present the home and property to the US Army Veteran and his family. Roger Clemens, legendary baseball player and former pitcher for the Boston Red Sox, made an appearance during the grand patriotic celebration.
Republic Grand Ranch has made an American hero and Army Veteran’s dream come true. In collaboration with Helping a Hero, Patten Properties has provided retired US Army Specialist SPC Zach Parker with a home in the Republic Grand Ranch community. The Veteran and former Army Specialist is a triple amputee who dreamed of owning his own property. Patten Properties made that dream come true, when they presented Parker and his family with a beautiful two-acre lot for a custom-build, wheelchair-accessible home. The location of the home is a perfect fit for Parker and his family, who are passionate about the great outdoors. North of The Woodlands in Montgomery County, the acreage community of Republic Grand Ranch is Where the Forest Meets Luxury. Residents in the Republic Grand Ranch community enjoy the gorgeous natural setting that offers easy access to hiking trails, fishing holes, archery ranges and much more.
In a patriotic celebration, Patten Properties and Helping a Hero presented the Republic Grand Ranch acreage site to Zach Parker and his family. The event featured a parade where retired Boston Red Sox pitcher and legendary baseball player Roger Clemens made an appearance.
